Domestic Energy Performance Certificates from £55 inclusive
Since 14th December 2007, all domestic properties put up for sale have been subject to a legal requirement to provide an Energy Performance Certificate (rental properties since October 1st 2008)
What does a domestic assessment consist of?
- Internal or External measurement of the building.
- Analysis of wall and loft insulation.
- Main heating, system controls and secondary heating.
- Hot water system.
- Windows and doors to external areas of the building.
- Assessment of the lighting fixtures and type of bulbs in use.
- Production of EPC and recommendations.
