Commercial Energy Performance Certificates 

A commercial EPC provides an energy rating for a building which is based on the performance of that building. The inspection is very thorough and the time taken to complete can vary from an hour on a small building to a few days on larger properties.

What does the a Commercial assessment consist of?

• Analysis of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and lighting

The now industry standard A-G energy rating given on the certificate will reflect the intinsic energy performance standard of the building relative to a benchmark property. This rating could then be used by potential buyers or tenants to make comparisons between properties.
